I give my permission to Kettle Moraine Days Festival to use my photographic image and/or comment for public interest purposes, such as, but not limited to: news releases, brochures, news stories, website and in other similar context to promote the Eagle Food Pantry, Palmyra Food Pantry and Healthy Community Network
